What is Marsfit and what does it do?
Marsfit is a mobile app that connects you with qualified fitness coaches near you. It helps you find the perfect match based on your goals, preferred training style, and gym location.
Do I have to train online with Marsfit?
We offer both. The app facilitates the connection with coaches, but the actual training sessions can be agreed upon internally.
How do I find a coach on Marsfit?
You can browse through coach profiles on the app. Each profile includes details about their expertise, training style, and their location. where they coach. You can filter by location to find someone convenient for you.
Can I only train with coaches at my current gym?
Not at all! Marsfit allows you to explore a wider range of coaches beyond your usual gym. Discover new training styles and expertise with different coaches near you.
How do I book a session with a coach?
Once you find a coach you like, simply connect with them through the app. Discuss your goals and schedule a session directly.
Is there a cost associated with using Marsfit?
Trainees will always have free access to the platform, while coaches can choose between two subscription plans. The Regular Subscription costs $10 per month or $100 per year, and the Premium Subscription costs $19 per month or $190 per year.
What does the regular subscription include?
Find Your Perfect Match: List your services and connect with users looking for personal trainers. Share Your Expertise: Post up to 5 videos per month to highlight your skills and grow your client base.
What is included in the Premium subscription?
Be the Top Choice: Your profile will always appear first in user searches, making it easier to attract clients. Unlimited Video Posts: Share as many videos as you like to showcase your expertise and engage with potential clients.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, coaches can cancel their subscription at any time through the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your chosen plan. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription and cancel midway through the month, your subscription will continue until the end of that month. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the billing period.
