Payment data.
We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Messages.
- Types of Messages: We collect messages exchanged between trainers and clients through the App's messaging feature. These messages may include text, images, videos, and any other media shared during communication sessions.
- Storage and Retention: Messages are securely stored on our servers to facilitate communication between users. We retain messages for a period necessary to provide our services and for legal or regulatory compliance purposes. Users can also choose to delete messages from their account, which will remove them from our servers.
- Usage: Messages are used to facilitate communication between trainers and clients within the App. They may also be analyzed to improve the functionality and user experience of the App. We may use message content for research and development purposes to enhance our services and develop new features.
- Access: Only authorized personnel have access to user messages for purposes such as providing technical support, addressing user inquiries, or investigating potential violations of our Terms of Service or applicable laws.
- Third-Party Access: We do not share user messages with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy, such as with service providers who assist us in operating the App or as required by law.
- Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect user messages from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include access controls, and regular security assessments.
Third-Party Account Login Data.
We may offer you the option to register with us using your existing third-party account details, such as your Facebook, Google or X account, or other social media account. If you choose this registration method, we will collect specific profile information about you from the account provider, as outlined in the section 4. titled "Handling Third-Party Account Logins".
Application data.
If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
-Geolocation Information: We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. Our service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
